ROLAND M. FRONDA, EdD, CESO VI finished his undergraduate studies at the Philippine Normal University in Manila under the Olongapo City Government Scholarship Program and finished Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Music Education in 1994. While at PNU, he received the Gerardo G. Flores Foundation Scholarship Program for Music Education majors as he was at that time an active member of the PNU Chorale. In 1993, he organized and founded the Society for Young Music Educators (SYME) where he also served as President for two years.
